Parent & Me Music Policies
Registration: Payment is required to reserve your child’s spot.
Minimum Enrollment: Classes require at least 3 total enrolled children to run. If we cancel due to low enrollment, you may transfer to another available class or receive a full refund.
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before class may receive a credit toward another available Parent & Me class. Cancellations within 48 hours, missed classes, and no-shows are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Class Capacity: Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide a comfortable, engaging experience and personalized attention. If a registration is received after a class has reached capacity, we will contact you to transfer your registration to another available class or issue a full refund.
Class Cancellations: If Miami House of Creative Arts cancels a class, families will be offered a rescheduled class, credit, transfer, or refund.
Attendance: All participating children must be registered. Each family may bring up to 2 accompanying adults at no additional cost, and an adult must remain with the child throughout class.
Consent and Release of Liability
I hereby agree to hold harmless and waive any and all claims against STEMTree Coral Gables and Miami House of Creative Arts LLC, including their employees, contractors, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents, arising from attendance or participation in this program and involving any accident, bodily or personal injury, illness, death, or damage to, loss of, or theft of property, including related demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, and attorneys’ and consultants’ fees, to the extent permitted by law. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and that I have read and understand its terms. If I cannot be contacted in an emergency, I authorize medical, surgical, and hospital care for my child and give permission for my child to be transported by ambulance to an emergency treatment center.
Caregiver Supervision Safety and Participation
I understand that I must remain in the room throughout the class and am responsible for my child’s safety, supervision, behavior, and personal needs. I agree to actively supervise my child and help them use instruments and materials safely. I understand that my participation and encouragement are essential to my child’s learning, and I agree to participate alongside them in class activities. I acknowledge that instructors lead group activities and do not provide babysitting or continuous individual supervision of my child.
