Enroll/Create Student Profile (Returning Students)

If you've landed on this page, it means you've been taking lessons with us for some time. Thank you for being part of the Miami House of Creative Arts family!

 

Please read the information below carefully. As we enroll students for this year, we strongly urge you to complete the following steps as soon as possible to ensure you reserve a time that works best for you in the schedule. We won't be able to start lessons until the form below has been completed.

As our academy has grown, we've made a few changes to help keep everything organized and make the experience smoother for everyone.

 

  • Switching to a software that automatizes steps and keeps everything organized.

    • The form below will create your profile in My Music Staff, where scheduling, billing, and communication will all be managed in one place.

  • Transitioning to a flat monthly tuition model (September-May)

    • As our academy has grown, customizing invoices each month and following up on payments has become increasingly difficult. (It unfortunately has resulted in a significant volume of missed payments and inconsistencies.) This new system automizes tuition payments and keeps it predictable for everyone.

    • We understand that many of you travel. We provide ample opportunities for make up lessons and ​while some months have fewer lessons because of scheduled school breaks (November, December, March), we won't be charging extra for months with 5 lessons, so it balances out over the year. 

    • Summer Break Lessons (June-August)

      • Automatic payments will be scheduled for active school months (September-May) and will be paused over the summer (June-August) and those lessons can be purchased in bundles that can be used at different points throughout the summer. For those coming back later in August, you will be billed individually for those lessons. Automatic payments will start in September.

This form includes a $1 authorization charge to securely save your payment method for future AutoPay. This is not a registration fee or tuition payment.

We have spent significant time creating a system that is as fair as possible to all parties involved. We appreciate your support as we transition into this new system, and we are so excited to welcome you all back and begin lessons. 

​

Please feel free to review our Family Handbook regarding the calendar, make up lessons, tuition, etc. By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions as established on the family handbook. A copy will be emailed to you upon enrollment.
