The form below is to be completed only after you have already contacted us via phone, email, or contact form. We want to make sure we answer any questions you may have before enrolling.

Upon filling this form and paying the registration fee, the student will officially become a member of Miami HofCA and reserve a spot for the academic year.

If you would like to try a lesson before enrolling, please fill out our introductory music lesson form instead.

The one-time $85 registration fee covers, but is not limited to, the administrative and logistical costs necessary to maintain an organized and high-quality program. This includes scheduling coordination, communication management, and the operational systems that ensure every family receives reliable service and a smooth lesson experience. Registration fees are a standard practice among extracurricular programs.
