Welcome to Miami House of Creative Arts! We're so excited to have you join our academy. Please complete the form below to create your profile in My Music Staff, where scheduling, billing, lesson information, and communication will all be managed in one convenient place.

​Tuition

Your personalized monthly tuition schedule has been provided separately. Tuition is billed as consistent monthly payments throughout the academic year using our annual tuition model. Some months have fewer lessons because of scheduled school breaks, while others have five lessons, so it all balances out over the course of the academic year.

Registration Fee & AutoPay

This form collects the one-time registration fee and securely saves your payment method for future AutoPay. All monthly tuition payments will be processed automatically through Stripe.

Please feel free to review our Family Handbook regarding the calendar, make up lessons, tuition, etc. By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions as established on the family handbook. A copy will be emailed to you upon enrollment.
