Born in the beautiful city of Medellin, Colombia, Julian Arias has over 13 years of experience in the music industry. He started playing music when he was 12 years old. He completed various music studies in different styles such as jazz, classical, rock, and pop music. From 2009 to 2014 Julian toured as a guitarist in North America and Central America, playing music of different styles with an array of music groups and bands.
Throughout his touring career and professional studies, he has taught guitar, bass, and ukulele to students of all ages and backgrounds.
In 2017, Julian graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in music performance, specializing in classical guitar.
Throughout his career, Julian has performed with multiple ensembles and musical groups ranging in all styles from rock bands to chamber groups and orchestras. Additionally, he has performed solo recitals, and conducted and directed music groups.
Currently, Julian works as a freelance musician and performer. He is also a private music professor for Music Theory, Piano, Bass, Ukulele, Conducting, Classical guitar, Pop guitar, and rock (acoustic and electric guitar). Julian has his own YouTube channel where he records all types of professional quality music videos. He has experience with photography and video recording.
