Tryout Music Therapy Session

We recommend you only register for a tryout lesson after you have already contacted us directly. We want to guide you through the process and make sure we answer any questions you may have.

The registration below is only to try a first session. By completing the form below you are not committing to a full month of sessions, you are simply trying out one session. We will send you an invoice once you complete the form. Payment for the tryout lesson must be received at least 24 hours before the time of the lesson, or the lesson will be cancelled.

If you are satisfied with the first session, we will send you the forms to officially become a student of Miami HofCA and save your spot! We will save this registration so you don't have to fill it out again when enrolling.
